Description
First I did a quick sketch of the scene which you can see here: [link]
Then I worked over it in photoshop, starting with the grass, then the cliff edge, then the little person running, then the balloon basket, then the person in the balloon basket, then the actual balloon, and then the smaller details (e.g. clouds, shadows).
Altogether it took me about 3 hours -ish.

update: added the title in the picture now: "Take me with you..."

update: title has been changed. a series is coming
